Registration

Vendor Table Registration Gold – $350.00
Fee for vendor table and 1 person includes lunch/snacks. Extra attendees $25 each for food.
Vendor Table Registration Platinum – $450.00
Fee for vendor table at May all-day conference. Includes 1 person per paid table as well as lunch/snacks. Also prime table placement and sponsor name on largest raffle of the day.

For Speaker Sponsors only, this conference only. Includes 1 person and lunch/snacks. Extra attendees $25 for food

NEO-AVA welcomes you to the September 15th All Day Conference! We will have 2 half hour breaks, 1.5 hours for lunch/vendor time as well as the raffle cards that attendees must have stamped after visiting each vendor for a chance at prizes. This will be held at the Embassy Suites in Independence with LOTS of room for vendor tables. We are so grateful for the support you bring and will do all we can to accommodate your vendor success. The final schedule is forthcoming but will include 5 speakers for 5 CEs. We have also lowered the cost of tables for our vendor partners to help defer cost during these challenging times.

There are 3 levels of sponsor for a table.

Speaker Sponsor=$0

Platinum=$450 Prime table placement as well as program placement and mentioned in our raffle

Gold=$350 Less prime but still get the raffle stamps and in the program!

Each table includes lunch/snacks for 1 person and additional attendees can be added for $25 each. Any vendor eligible for CE credit can take advantage of the 5 CEs as well if they attend the program. The day runs from 7:50AM-3:30PM for speaker presentations.
Guests can make a reservation in the group block one of two ways:

1. At clevelandrockside.embassysuites.com using Group Code “NE2” – preferred and easiest method for your guests!
2. By calling our hotel reservations department at (800) 315-1185 and referencing “NorthEast Ohio Association for Vascular Access Fall Conference Group Room Block” or Group Code “NE2”.

Available rooms within the block and special rate (up to 30 total) can be reserved through 8/24/23.
